It is exciting how many digital options there are for learning and demonstrating knowledge of math. These options continue to expand. This webinar will look at what’s new and participants will be able to evaluate if these options will help their students. The webinar will review a variety of apps and websites and highlight what has changed and what new features are available.


Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to:

Describe at least two apps and websites that allow students to demonstrate math knowledge digitally

Describe at least two apps and websites that allow math to be represented digitally

Describe new features in math apps and websites


Linda Doehle, AT Specialist

Linda Doehle started her career as a software engineer after completing her degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics at Whitworth College.  She brought her technical skills to the field of assistive technology while working as an Assistive Technology Specialist for the Yakima School District.  Linda holds an AT Specialist Certificate and enjoys being able to use her technology skills in helping students optimize their abilities through the use of assistive technology.  Linda has been with the Special Education Technology Center for six years and has presented webinars and classes at both state and local conferences.
