In this one-hour webinar, we will introduce 4 easy to use Story Telling apps (Pictello, Book Creator, Story Creator and Clicker Books) that can be used for students to learn information (UDL Representation) and to express their creative ideas (UDL Expression). Screenshots and live demonstration of each tool will be provided with ideas of how to use story telling tools in UDL lesson plans. Participants are welcome to explore apps as they are being demonstrated if they have an iPad and apps loaded ahead of time.
Learning Objectives: 1. Participants will be able to name at least 2 features of storytelling apps that engage learners. 2. Participants will be able to compare storytelling apps for accessibility features and choose a storytelling app that best matches the alternative access needs of their students.
