We will build communication boards following a predictable format. We will provide alternatives to spinning spinners and tossing dice. Barb Lark is an Assistive Technology Specialist for the Washington State Special Education Technology Center (SETC). Barb has worked in the public school setting for over 30 years. She has a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and holds a RESNA Assistive Technology Practitioner certificate. Her particular interests and skills are in the areas of Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) and in the development of curriculum support materials using multimedia-rich software.
